Hi Guys,
Happy Monday, I hope you had
a lovely weekend. My weekend was so filled with work that on Sunday I had a
massive migraine. I literally had to shut myself off from everything. Sometimes
I over-work myself and this weekend proved that. I knew it was coming though
because it was a tough week. See, I’m somewhat a work horse but it isn’t
intentional nor do I want to be. I work on my blog at nights and weekends and then,
I work my full-time job 9-5. If you do the math, I’m always working.

Being in this creative space my brain is always going and I’m
always thinking of new ways to work with partners and creative ways to showcase
products to you all. My brain is only closed off when I go to sleep for 6-8
hours. Even TV time or play, I’m still thinking of ‘something’.
I’m so blessed and lucky to be able to turn this passion
into a brand and a business, I know that. It does take a lot of hard work and
commitment. I’m hoping as you read this post you will take away from it the
need for dedication, discipline and, sacrifice to get exactly what you want out
of life. There is no short or quick way-trust me. If you’re passionate about
anything guys, go ahead and put that time in even if it sometimes drain you.
The way I see it is that you have to put in overtime to get exactly where you
want to go. It’s like a car-you rev the engine so hard to push it at maximum speed
but then you let go off the gas and
cruise once you’ve reach your desired speed.
This is my plan for 2018-to gas so hard until I get to full speed. It may take working through some tired days but that’ll pass. Now, who
is with me?
