Fringe Vest Or Is That A Dress

Hi babes:)

Can you believe it, in one day 2015 will close its chapter and 2016 will commence. My oh my, time surely “flies”. It’s been great I must admit and to celebrate the end of the year I’m prancing around in this little Fringe Vest number. This dress is actually a vest and I wondered if it would fit as a dress, lo and behold, I tried it on and it became an instant decision as a must have. I love this type of versitility with my clothing. I love that I can wear and re-wear multiple times especially if it serves two different purposes, like this here. 

This is a perfect option for New years Eve or a New Years Party. I love all black or red or white for celebrations such as NYE or a fancy party.
