New Year, New Way To Snack

  Hello there, Loves.
Hope the New Year is treating you all well. Speaking of new year and treating well, I'm diving in restarting my daily routines. Getting back into a routine after the holidays is so hard. I'm the first person to jump for joy at the beginning of the holiday season but, man, it's a struggle to get back in line.
One of the newest things I have added to my routine is snacking. It helps me make sure I don’t overeat during meal times and keeps me going throughout the day. I especially love snacking as I write my blog posts or respond to emails. It makes going through the actions so much easier!

I’ve recently added Del Monte® Fruit & Chia™ cups into my daily snacking routine. They have luscious chunks of real fruit plus added the added bonus of wholesome nutrition from chia seeds. Plus, they come in a 4 delicious flavors. I'm especially fond of the Peaches in Strawberry Dragon Fruit flavored Chia and Mangoes in Pineapple flavored Chia. I'm the type of person that if I try something and I love the flavor instantly, I stick to it, and luckily I am loving these two flavors.  Everyone has a different palate and I expect some of you will prefer one to another or, you'll love them all.
I simply pack my Del Monte Fruit & Chia cup in my work bag, or gym bag makes me feel so much more accomplished, especially with my snack choices. It’s a much more nutritious choice since it has NO high-fructose corn syrup or artificial sweeteners, non-GMO & non-BPA plus, it's a good source of fiber (4-5g)

  1. Yes, now for sure I will try these handy fruit + chia in a cup. I have seen these in the market and your introduction to them has made its point. They are on the list!
