5 Ways To Get A Better Sleep

There is nothing better than waking up after a great nights rest. You know what I’m talking about – the kind of deep sleep that you awake from wondering what time it is, what day it is….

Today, I’m sharing some of my tried and true ways to find the best rest after a hard day’s work!

1. It Starts With Hydration
Awake or asleep, your body needs hydration to keep organs working properly, the brain thinking or dreaming clearly, and your skin staying moisturized. I sleep with this Facial Humidifer on for extra hydration throughout the night. Not only is it portable, so you can travel with it, but it also runs for 10 hours continuously so you can literally breathe in better skin as you dream!

2. Cuddle Into Cooling Sheets
Each night, I slip into my favorite bamboo sheets! There are so many benefits to sleeping on bamboo sheets. The first is that they can help skin clear! This is because of their cooling effect, creating a breathable pocket for you to fall fast asleep in. I love this set that I found on Amazon – it’s $20 off right now and there are a ton of colors available!

3. Breathe In the Best
If you haven’t used Eucalptus oil, it’s my top recommendation for better sleep! Especially during the changing of Seasons or if you live somewhere with dust or dirt. Essential oils, especially eucalyptus, aid in opening nasal passages for clearer, cleaner breathing. This is a must-have for anyone with allergies or the sniffles. You can use with my favorite diffuser linked here!

4. Your Pillow Matters
I use The Hush Pillow! I love this pillow – it’s a little bit of a splurge, but hands down the best pillow I’ve used! It is fully adjustable, so no matter what side you sleep on, you’ll find peace! It’s created with bamboo, so perfectly breathable and cooling!

5. Grab a Gummy
If you’re having a hard time falling into deep sleep, melatonin is a great natural aid for falling fast asleep! It not only helps your brain and body relax, but helps keep your body relaxed so you can sleep all night! This is my favorite melatonin gummy!
