Darlings! Hello to you all. For those who follow my Instagram you know I visited Nantucket, MA last week for my best friend’s wedding. It rained every day, except the day of the wedding. I planned on shooting but with tending to the bride and the rain i threw in the white towel.
Fast forward a few days and I’m back in Los Angeles with the biggest heat wave of the year. I kid you not. On Saturday it was 102 at one point. It made me reflect on how cold it was in Nantucket a week before to the current heat in LA. I do not know which is worst. If I had to choose though, I’d temporarily go cold, at least you can warm up. The heat was miserable, my throat was completely dry and to make matters worst, I could find anything comfortable to put on. I just wanted to be lose and airy as if I was naked.
This outfit was the best I could do. Another part of me is just wishing it would be “Fall” already, but the reality is I live in LA and we barely get winter around mid February. Fall is just a state of mind, at least the past 5 years or so. Thankfully I have another trip coming up next month to the east coast and I can exercise Fall fashion then.
