My Progress Update With Jenny Craig

Thank you Jenny Craig for sponsoring this post. — Get serious about losing weight with Jenny Craig!

Hi Loves!

Happy Midweek. I’m here with all sort of
midweek inspiration for you my loves. Today, I wanted to give you an update on
my Jenny Craig progress. If you haven’t seen my first post, then click here, to
see why I decided to try out JennyCraig. Coming off of my first two weeks in my first post I have experienced
so much more being on the Jenny
Craig program, some good, some discouragement, and some happy times.

My first point of mention is the awesome
flavor and variety of the food. I cannot stress enough just how much I didn’t
expect the food to taste so good and or so many regular everyday options. I
loved that with Jenny Craig, I
didn’t have to give up enjoying the foods I love as their extensive 100+ menu
items had things like Pizza, Pasta, Burgers… to name a few. I really learned
about portion control as each meal was portioned out based on the daily calorie
count my consultant and I decided on the very first day I visited. I’m on my
second to last week and I think I am quite the expert on how to portion my food
independently. That is huge for me because that was my main issue.

There were two weeks where I lost 2* pounds
and I was so excited and felt an urge of confidence and a desire to do better.
However, the human part of me also struggled, I gained 1 pound one week which
negated a pound, I had lost the prior week. That was not fun. I also gained another
pound another week but that was due to my own recklessness ( I traveled and
just wasn’t prepared mentally). There was also a week when my weight did not
move and that confused me a bit. Plus, my body is still a functioning entity
that reacts to things that I sometime shave no idea why.  But, my consultant was super awesome and me
feel OK, you know, it happens. With Jenny Craig, you always have someone there
to cheer you on, motivate you , and keep you on track. Please note  *Results not typical. Members following
the Jenny Craig program, on average, lose 1-2 lbs. per week. I received
promotional consideration’.

All in all, I enjoyed being on the program,
I am 3 pounds away from my goal weight loss and I bet I will knock it out this
last week and  a half. Let me know if you
have tried the Jenny Craig Program before loves and how you like it. Or, do you
plan to try it anytime to help you take on a healthy lifestyle?

Thanks for swinging by loves

Xoxo
