Monday Night Football & Guacamole Cranberry Stuffed Bell Peppers

Are you craving some good old traditional guacamole but you do not quite want to have to make it yourself? I've got you covered. I am here to tell you that this is one of the best store bought ready made guac I have ever tasted and it has become a staple in my house. On Mondays I am always rushing home to catch Monday night football (especially that I am in a Fantasy Football League-so fun), while rushing home from work, I simple stop at my local Target, grab a fresh jar of Good Foods Guacamole and my other favorite, the Tomatillo Avocado Salsa. Also, whenever I just cannot commit to cooking a full dinner, this is the way to go. This is my go to meal to watch and cheer players as I count my scores and scratch my head. I just have to share the goodness of Good Foods with you all. I'm especially partial and thrilled that their ingredients are fresh and never heated. Here's what you need and how to prepare it.
INGREDIENTS
Good Foods Chunky Guacamole
Good Foods Tomatillo Avocado Salsa
Sweet Potato Chips
Mini Sweet Bell Peppers
Lemon/Lime to garnish
Dried Cranberries to garnish

INSTRUCTIONS
Wash and cut mini sweet bell peppers in half
stuff each half with Good Foods Chunky Guacamole
Garnish with dried Cranberries

Serve with Sweet Potato Fries and Good Foods Tomatillo Avocado Salsa
